I know that they couldn't broadcast incar cams last night due to the cloud cover, and I'm wondering if today wil be the same.

It's not cloud cover, it's LOW cloud cover....
The signals are relayed by a helicopter that hovers over the speedway...
I'm thinking that the helicopter is gonna wanna get the heck out of town when that ugly mass of rain to the west starts approaching...
