The final practice session has just ended. Poor Mario Moraes made contact with the wall at the end. He is fine. Scott Dixon was the fastest. Poor old Jaques Lazier still way off pace. It was nice to see Dan Wheldon up there. Raphael Matos is having some good runs this weekend and its good to see EJ Viso have a good session. Im suprised Ryan Briscoe didnt do better. Danica in at 12th. Im hoping they can get that car running better tomorrow. Of course these times were all down a little due to it being an evening session.

This race is about to start on Versus. Hopefully it will be a good one...it unfortunately has the potential to be one of those only-5-cars-on-the-lead-lap-1/4-of-the-way-through IndyCar races. Let's hope for good racing!

Both Penske cars out......thats a shocker  for Roger

CG cars leading.....with the Kiwi Dixon leading....

After Scott Dixon's win, he now ties Sam Hornish Jr. on the most wins by a driver in the Indy Car Series with 19. Danica ran a solid race and finished 5th.

Here are the final results..

2. #10 Dario Franchitti
3. #02 Graham Rahal
4. #27 Hideki Mutoh
5. #7 Danica Patrick

Congrats to Scott Dixon, but somethings got to be done about passing on ovals in the IRL.

They are going to work and put in place some new things for teams to be able to do, like wing adjustments, tire frames, etc. All this should be figured out by the Kentucky race.

They can already adjust wing angle in the race. I have videos of them doing such from pit road at TMS.

I know they can adjust wings, I should of been more specific lke the rear wing fence wickers and flap angles.

I was disappointed it wasn't a very exciting race. Felt bad for Helio. Good run for Graham Rahal! Congrats to Scott Dixon on the win and his new baby on the way.

It was nice to see Graham put together a good race on an oval and Im glad EJ Viso finally finished a race.

Yeah, I was happy for Graham. When I forgot Dario was coming back and Helio couldn't race, I decided I'd root for Graham.

BTW - I liked Danica's blue car better since I could find her easier on the track. Her car this year sort of blends in. Plus, the commercials are gross. LOL

I like the orange/black scheme but yes, the blue did stand out much easier. Her mom told me she likes the blue better as well.
