I guess you have to be familiar with two things:
#1 - Super Mario Brothers
#2 - Have at least seen the "Inglourious Basterds" trailer.
It's basically the trailer, but with Super Mario characters and references. The misspelled title is a parody of the phonetic spelling of the movie title.
