Inside Nextel Cup IMO just got a little better

i dont really understand what the problem is that people have with Bestwick...i like Dave Despain aswell, he's done great reporting over the years and was great on RPM2Nite...but just dont understand why Bestwick lost the analyst gig on NBC and this gig as well.......................oh well
 
Speaking of that stuff, why do NBC's pit reporters wear fire suits?

All the pit reporters wear fire suits during the race, just as NASCAR officials do.

Maybe a little. But he was not bad. All business.

Johnny was a little dry lately. Almost seemed out of place. Harwick may be good. He can be quick to come up with smart comments.

Wish Mickey would be replaced. He's past the funny stage. :flushed:

Despain does a great job on Wind Tunnel.
 
Not that it makes much difference but here's one viewer they've lost.

call me crazy...but i cant handle DW...actually cant stand fox's coverage...Hammond and McReynolds without a doubt make nascar look redneck as hell........someone take the tanning bed away from Hammond!
 
I like Bestwick, but I also love listening to Dave.
I hope they get Kevin --- he ought to be fun.

I watched the show Monday --- Bootie Barker was one of the panelists -- did an excellent job. Gave good opinions from the crew chief point of view about tires, etc.

I like JB and although I find Bestwick a bit pedantic at times, I'd take him any day over Windbag. I simply can't stand rudeness.
