Getting away with murder.

Wait til someone points a gun at you. You'll be glad to have someone else there have a gun and shoot the guy.
Maybe he stopped the guy from killing "innocent"people, the workers and patrons. I have zero sympathy when a criminal is killed. To me it just means the taxpayers don't have to support him.

And to me its another 20 years of misinterpreting the 2nd amendment so anyone can have a gun, I see no well regulated militia as its supposed to be just a bunch of people who have guns because we let everyone have guns.

"According to an incident report, two armed men entered the restaurant and tried to rob it. A customer in the Waffle House, who is a concealed weapon permit holder, was also armed with a handgun and attempted to hold the suspects at gunpoint until law enforcement could arrive, deputies said.

Deputies said one of the robbery suspects pointed his gun at the customer, and the customer then shot the man, who died on the scene.

"The gentlemen said it scared him. He thought he was gonna die, so he shot the armed robbery suspect," said Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright.

right on..

KK, are you one of those people would have sent Bernie Getz to the big house for what he did? Not to mention okaying the legal suits the perps brought against him.

Okay, you just might have a future in law protecting these types of criminals.

If anyone pulls a gun on me or someone I know or love. Or just someone around me. They will be laying on the ground unable to walk away. End of story.

It's amazing what kind of courage people can hark up when face with imminent death. If I had a firearm and someone pointed a gun at someone I loved, they'd be eating lead.

Getting away with murder.

Relax, justice will be served. You can count on the surviving accomplice being charged with first degree murder, and he will even be subjected to the testimony of the Good Samaritan that laid his fellow thug to rest.

This is a good thing, be happy it works for me.

Guy did great.

I pulled my shotgun on a guy trien to still my Motorcycle. He started crien so I just called the cops and held him their....

This reminds me of an incident that happened here a couple of years ago. We have a carrier who is an ex-SEAL, but to look at him you wouldn't know. He's a bit overweight and definitely doesn't look like military material. Looks are deceiving however. Anyway Bill was at the local WalMart doing some shopping with his two year old son. After the shopping was done, they headed for his car. He had just put his son into his baby seat when a man came up behind him, brandishing a knife and told him he wanted all his money. Bill still had the door opened and could see the perp in the side rear mirror. He quickly pushed the door shut with the perps arm caught. Bill weighs better than 200 pounds and leaned on the door causing the perp much pain. Bill told him to drop the knife, at which time the perp did so with much pain in his eyes. Bill then grabbed his other arm pulling it up behind his back and waited until someone could call the police. In no time, the cops were there to take the idiot into custody. Bill said as they were taking the perp away, he was almost crying from the pain.

I look at Bill as a real hero, not just for this, but for all that he's endured. He was shot in the knee in Iraq while his team was trying to salvage a downed jet and then he was show in the chest with a shotgun while in Bosnia as he and his partner were clearing a building. He had on a bullet proof vest, which saved his life, but ended his career in the SEALs. You just never know who you are going to run into.
