Guerrilla advertising has become very popular for it's ability to deliver powerful or funny messages using real world objects. Some, like in the case of the one you posted, are PSAs while others advertise a product.

But my favorites were a series of ads done by Amnesty International in Switzerland a few years ago. The tag line translates to "It's not happening here but it's happening now".
