Is he nutz????

I noticed as the season progressed and Carl was in the running for the 2championships he started doing his backflips landing on the grass, no more landing on the track. I wonder if Jack R had something to say about it.
Face it, a simple slip and landing the wrong way could break his foot, ankle or tear up a knee and put him on the sidelines, out of compitition for a few weeks. With the duck paying 78 mil for 3 years, gad that's a lot of money:eek:, have to wonder if they'll try to rein him in.

I have nothing against Carl,,,'cept he drives a F*rd:D

So he's copying Tyler Walker and he started when he was working in a local shop that raced Trans Ams. Another crew member who had done gymnastics in school helped him on their lunch time.
Interesting stuff you can find with GIS...

What's GIS? Everyone complains that Tony stole climbing the fence from one of the other Indy drivers. I think maybe Helio??! I CRS so don't quote me. ;)

Yep, it was Helio that started the fence climbing craze. Personally, I like the snow angels that Kurt Busch did so well. Or was that Kyle? I do believe that I also have CRS. ;)

In the background you can see how full the stands were for the race...and people wonder why that series is having trouble.

It was Kurt. I sure would love to see him do that some more, but he probably got asphalt burn or something. I mean, that had to be one of the dumbest things ever! ROFL!! CRS is going around - A LOT! :D

Oh, that's a new one for me, BP. Thanks!

Awwww Helio looks so purty decked out in all those flowers. Too purty to not have anyone see him in person with them on. ;) I love me some Helio. :D

Is that Helieo's wife in the background or his #1 and only fan. You would think someone would be there if he won the race.

Helio's not married. He was engaged, but they broke up when he was on Dancing With The Stars.

Last year they had a major problem with VL at The Glen. They had it set up at a certain location and then some broadcasting group or someone came in and placed their "stuff" in front of VL so none of the fans could see it. I read about it on their board and apparently it's someone pretty big who they won't tell to move, so they're moving VL so the fans will be able to see next year. Maybe that's what happened to Helio?? He had to climb a fence where no one wanted to sit. LOL :D

Yea....George Busch will be out of work,,,,maybe he could run NASCAR?:director:

Mark it on your calendar. Before the 2009 season is over Brian France will be gone from Nascar.
This is the first I've seen of anyone even suggesting France would leave nascar. Can you elaborate a bit? I can see *retiring* from management but leaving all together? Hard to see the France family ever leaving nascar or not having major input on how nascar is run. Another France stepping up to the plate?

I think muggle means that between fan petition, rising costs, and inefficiency, brian might not be a popular man much longer.

I dont think he will either. I think it's a stretch to say Junior will either... and only good luck would get jeff in.

Just like so many people have in the past, they make predictions based on what just happened. I don't know how many times I've predicted that the driver who came in second would win the following year, or at least be very competitive only to see that driver and team have terrible years comparitively. His top 12 have the same people with the exception of Tony and Matt, both of whom finished in the lower 1/4 of the Chase.

I'm going to miss this sort of article from Mulhern. Always something to debate about. :director:

Wull.....I got CRS real bad, but even "I" remember Kurt doing the snow angel in the "snow"!!!! A rare occurance for a NASCAR race. Here's where the CRS really kicks in.....Where was that race????? LOL

There were a few races in 1993 that were postponed because of snow from the big one, one was at Atlanta IIRC
