Are the cars in NASCAR look like they are dog-tracking a bit? Are they aligning the cars so the back end is slid out to the right side a bit to increase down force?

Or maybe I need to go to bed...

They are allowed a certain degree of rear end offset that makes the car dogtrack, it creates sideforce.
