WELL IF YOU GO BY THE TV RATINGS THE LAST FEW YEAR U WOULD HAVE TO SAY YES.

The yes are gonna be big. For one reason this is a Nascar board. :D

the Brickyard 400 is 10x more exciting than the Indianapolis 500.
h*ll. Slowtona & Eanhardt-Dega is more exciting than the Indy 500

i went with no because the brickyard 400 is only 10 years old and the indy 500 has been around for about 80 some years. In about 15 years, id imagine it will be much bigger than the 500

If you live in Indiana and say yes that the 400 is bigger then you need to go live somewhere eles! The Indy 500 is alot more exciting and has alot more history and excitment. Its not just the race, the Indy 500 is a month logn and there is something just about every day on or off track. Plus nothing is liek the pre- race stuff at the Indy 500. The parade of bands, old cars taking pace laps, singers, "Back Home Again" always gives me chills, then the start you engines!!

Man when is the 88th running of the 500! ABout 10 months away!!!!!!

But for the 97% of folks who dont live in Indy this is a no-brainer.Right or wrong, stock cars now rule the Motorsports world.Yes...the Brickyard400 is bigger and better.

Besides the fact that the Indy 500 is steeped in tradition,I voted that the Brickyard 400 is bigger,TV rating help prove this point as well, but NASCAR is much bigger than any open-wheel series anyhow,IMO,case closed! ;)

Maybe in your opinion or in america only, but last time I checked wasnt f1 still the most popular motorsport world wide. Had to go with no.
