At my age that would kill me graveyard dead, oh wait, if I wanted to commit suicide that would work and the wife would still get the life insurance and what a helluva great way to go. :D :cheers:
 
FYI, that's one full pound of seasoned 80/20 ground beef. I used a little Bob's Roquefort dressing to dip the fries in.
I was pretty much anchored to the sofa for the rest of the night.
I shoulda took a picture of what I made for my girlfriend (she didn't want burgers.) She had grilled giant prawn skewers and crab cakes :D
 
That burger does look very tempting, My personall preference is a good hamburger over a steak any time. I love mine with homemade chilli, homemade slaw, onions, tomatoes and mayo. It doesn't matter about the bun most of the time I have to eat most of it with a fork anyway. Gosh I'm hungry and I haven't even had breakfast yet.
 
The tomato and spinach sounds pretty good, but my days of eating double burgers are long past me. I just love a nice grilled burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonaise. I like bacon on a burger, but I'm not allowed to make bacon in the house anymore. Too much grease and smell that hangs around for days.
