Bosslady told our department head that my 3 schools are the only schools with any work to do (which is a full bucket of bull) and that I've never asked for help at Diggs (which I have, a million times but everyone's been "too busy" catching up on the work they don't have).

When someone don't like you, they make it pretty clear they're done with you no matter how long you've been there or what. Needless to say, I've applied for jobs down in Virginia.

Management is under pressure, and **** runs downhill. But for all that the economy is going tits up, it's the bottom rung jobs that are getting wrung out. Management, naturally, aren't going to cut themselves ... and we actual producers are the only real source of growth. After all, we're whats left after they cut the drones away.
