be a great way to leave RCR Winning Richard a Championship now I know we got some work to do to run up there with the 20 & 48 every week but still I'm pumped from last night and Think Kevin can get it done.
A couple weeks ago the thread was, what was wrong with RCR racing. blab like third tier team, in financial trouble, blah blah blah. what a difference a win makes..now it is time for the Harvick is making a mistake moving to SHR next year thread.
It's not? two cars out of three in the top ten..you have your idea of elite and I have mine I guess. That is better then Rousch and Gibbs and Waltrip at present. Don't forget Manard's abilities as a driver, much better than RCR racing also, he is right behind Harvick in the points right now.RCR still isn't an elite team, but I think that says more about Harvick's abilities as a driver.

No. It wouldn't.be a great way to leave RCR Winning Richard a Championship now I know we got some work to do to run up there with the 20 & 48 every week but still I'm pumped from last night and Think Kevin can get it done.
RCR never did get the multicar teams to work, even when Dale was there. They are always one step behind now.
Part of that was because that **** Mike Skinner was the other driver at RCR in those days.
Skinner and Earnhardt were actually teammates for four full seasons (1997-2000). Skinner had a few DNQ'S in '97 and '98, but still attempted every race. Age could have had something to do with it, but in those four years, Earnhardt won 6 races with an average points finish of 5.5, and in the previous four years (1993-96), he won 17 races and had an average points finish of 2nd.During the two years that Skinner did run the full season as Earnhardt's teammate @ RCR, Skinner finished 10th & 12th in points while Earnhardt finished 7th and 2nd. Neither Skinner or Earnhardt were exactly 'Young Guns' at the time so I'd consider those finishes respectable. It's true enough though that RCR's best years were as a single car operation.
My point was that he only ran all of the races for two seasons and during that time those were their stats.Skinner and Earnhardt were actually teammates for four full seasons (1997-2000). Harvick doesn't have that great of finish average either, around 16th the last three years, but he jumps up there and wins when he has a chance to push it.
