It's Bristol, Baaaayyyybeee!

I'll second your "Woo Hoo"! ...can't wait for Bristol at night :bounce:

I haven't decided whether I like the new track surface. I know that it makes for 2 grooves and better passing but it takes away from the beatin' an' bangin' that I liked about the old surface...

The last race didn't look good for sure, but last night's race was great. Yeah, the beating and banging is no longer a big part of the race, but the side by side racing is great. Let's just hope this race with the COT is better.

Oh yeah, GO HAPPY! :beerbang::beerbang::beerbang:

Something odd, still, about Bestwick covering the prerace. I listened to, and watched, so many Bristol races where Allen Bestwick was giving the play-by-play. Who can forget 2002?

"There it is, the bump and run!"

Man, Rusty was pissed that night, as was Ward Burton (heel-pad toss at Junyer), Hut Stricklin and Elliot Sadler. That race was EPIC! :growl:

Watch out for JG- He's pissed! :eek:
It's a shame NASCAR told Smoke to calm down.:mad:

Gordon chops the man off and Stewart lets him know how he feels and NASCAR feels it needs to intervene. :confused:

The NASCAR of old is back. :rolleyes:

Oh, and everyone in DC said the Redskins were going to win the Super Bowl.....:XXROFL::XXROFL::XXROFL: 44-3:XXROFL:That's funny!:XXROFL:

I'm amazed that ESPeeN has actually given us interviews from the infield care center!

What happened to the disaster of coverage that we got last night. Not anywhere near great, but far and away better than Friday's.

I noticed Wildthing raced Montoya clean.

Things are going to get very interesting. :lurk:
Eff it, I think I better go buy a ticket and drive to Richmond 2 weeks from now. That race could be VERY interesting.

Flipper vs. Wildthing and the Cup debut of Sliced Bread.

:eek:
