Some things never change.

Bird gotta fly...fish gotta swim...beedie gotta bash.

I feel safe in saying...strike one. Speaking on behalf of the other mods and our illustrious leader, this board will not be ruined by one cretin. Period.

Give up a Dover race for a St Louis night race

Give up a Atlanta race for a Texas night race

Give up a New Hampshire race for a Kansas night race

Give up a Pocono race for a California night race

Thats how I would start it out.

Getting rid of a race at Dover would be very stupid on NASCARs part. Dover sells out both races every year and is in a very good location being close to Washington, D.C. and New Jersey

Ok this isn't good for Nascar moving too many races around isn't going to work.....for one thing Texas has plenty of racing, Smith justs wants another $$$ maker. Yeh they have the market there, huge crowds and all, but to give them another date would be just a pay off. Giving Kansas another date ....please... they don't deserve it , taking a date away from Dover , give 1 reason why that is a good idea? Atlanta is a great track, why take away a date there? I can see NH , at least until they get their track problems straightened out. California doesn't need another race yet either, nice track , but taking away from Pocono wouldn't be a good idea , that track is unique and deserves 2 dates, more spaced apart possibly , but 2 dates.

go get him TWF. Got to be one of the worst trolls i have ever seen. this guy/girl is on other boards i visit occasionally worthless............

I don't know how anyone could blame NASCAR for moving a race from a track that never sells out to a track that always sells out. And notice my favorite track...

I know...They should keep both of their races. I'm talking about the ones in the south that don't sell out. Atlanta, Rockingham, Charlotte, and Darlington. I'd hate to see those tracks go, but I also can't blame NASCAR.

Give up a Dover race for a St Louis night race
i'd like to see that happen

Give up a Atlanta race for a Texas night race
texas and atlanta a about the same track so i'd go for it.

Give up a New Hampshire race for a Kansas night race
both track's are boring. i wound't mind a night kasas race if they take the day one away and i think the should get rid of new hampshire all togther.

Give up a Pocono race for a California night race
as long as the don't take away the pocono race before indy, i'll be happy with it.

and here's mine.

watkins glen for burke lakefront airport, clevland OH.

the 1st martinsville race for toledo motor speedway, toledo OH.

both louden races for a night indy race and a race at laguna seca or a dirt track.

the first dover race for a UN-RESTICTED daytona race:p
but seriously the dover race for nashville

the kasas race should be made a night race and so should chicagoland.

I say its ok to move some races but don't take the big ones.. maybe bring out a new track or another on here in Cali.. actually i hear Madera is builing a new track and are going to try and get it onto Winston Cup.

Never happen... Like i said before there is too much money involved at these tracks for them to lose dates. Unless they expand the schedule a few dates which would eliminate open dates, i can't see any new tracks being added. Maybe some dates moved around, but at this point getting rid of dates .....i just don't see it.

I would like to see one race moved to Nashville or Kentucky. Both of those are nice tracks and they ar both closer to me than any other. :D :D

You would think he would take alittle time out and figure he wasn't wanted when people tell him a million times that he's a loser and is not wanted anywhere .

You have to listen to be able to understand. beedie lives in his own little world where everything is how he wants it. Once he rejoins us here on earth, then maybe he might get the hint.:D

Sad, sad, sad...:(

Two tracks that need to go regardless of attendance....Chicagoland and Miami-Homestead. Absolutely the worst racing we see all year.

I have not seen anything offensive from this poster "beedie", course I have not been to TR in over 4 years. While here he/she did not seem to be stirring up any trouble. Maybe a chance is all this person and anyone else that steers this direction needs.

The problem is, he has already had enough chances.

I just get tired of people coming on to the boards and messing everything up. He totally destroyed TR for alot of people and I don't want to see him here either.

I think we may all be amazed at who he really is.;)

Ok so who is this guy Beedie and why is he despised so much? He was just expressing his opinion, i know i haven't been here very long, but i think i am missing something?

A little history for ya. Beedie is what is commonly known as a troll. He goes from board to board trying to cause trouble. Many of us used to hang out in the That's Racin' forum until Beedie and his kind ruined it. Every thread turned into, "yeah, well Jeff Gordon is gay!" etc. No intelligent comments to make, just the same Junior High humor that was old 20 years ago. Paul and the mods have worked very hard to keep this board from turning into that kind of place. Many of us have become very protective of it's environment. We like this place a lot and don't want to see it runied. Just because you asked.:)

I saw no bashing, just an opinion that is not popular with the huddled masses. Conform or be cast out.

Cannot blame any track owner who might want to shift a date from a track that does not sell out to one that does. This is a business, they are out to make money.

Now, if only they could make the racing better at the tracks that do sell out ...

That's not really what it is about. You have to know him to understand. Everything he says is designed to irritate and start trouble. Soon he is bashing other posters and their drivers just because he likes to start trouble.

I have seen him elsewhere. I've seen no bashing here, though.

Heck, might not even be the original Beedie for all I know. Wouldn't be the first time somebody has been name-jumped.

Ok ....i think i understand now and i used to go to TR a little a ways back and i seem to remember him now. I enjoy this place a lot and find i spend way too much time here, it would be a shame to see it ruined. I for one will keep my eyes open.......thanks, Jim.

I wouldn't dout it one bit. Wicked's post look like the crap that Beedie would post. I use to be on TR board. Beedie, fearthe29 and a few others are like cancers. They will come and destroy a board.

I have faith in the moderators of this forum. They work very hard to monitor what is being posted and will not allow their hard work and dedication to be diminished by a couple of instigators.

Good work modirators.

If I may...

The conform or be cast out thing could not be farther from the truth. Opinions are welcome. Baiting people is not. Beedie is well known (obviously), and for those who may as yet be unfamiliar with him/her/it, you ain't missing a thing.

The only things the mods really look for is someone either picking a fight, or becoming out of control. If it's the latter, we encourage cooler heads. If the former, we shorten the leash as the situation calls for. Are we perfect? Well, I am, but otherwise...:p

Having known trolls around is like inviting Warren Sapp to a Weight Watchers meeting. Difference in philosophy and all.

And thanks to those with kind words. We do appreciate them.
