It's Official: Jeff Burton To The #31

* Burton moves to the #31 Cingular car in 2005

No word in the official release on crews, chiefs, cars, etc.
Also no word on what is up with the #30

Robby is going to have his own Cup car and team.
That was announced the first of the week, or late last week, sometime.
RC gives his blessing and says he still likes Robby and thinks he is a really good race driver.

From what I heard today Robby Gordon will run both Nextel Cup and Busch Series next year on his own. I wish him luck being an owner driver, he'll need it especially at the Cup level.

The rumor has Dave Blaney in the #30 which will actually become the #07 sponsored by Jack Daniels.

Of course, that's a rumor.

I would like to have seen Jeff stay in the 30. But I like Jeff Burton the 31 will be fine.
