'Tis a bright, shiny morning here in East Texas. We managed to dodge the worst of the storms late yesterday --- thank you, Mother Nature.

Just hope those storms don't interfere with Darlington. *fingers crossed*

Wow! I couldn't log on yesterday for some reason, but late in the day, I was glued to the weather on TV. One bad storm cell passed just to the south of us and created a couple of tornadoes, one of which was an F2 in Greensboro. The other was probably more like an F1 that came down to the southwest of me a few miles. One person died in G'boro while sitting in his pickup when it was blown over. Lots of rain, but I'm sure we're still in a drought, even if we are about 10 inches over for this year. They have been going back to the beginning of last year for that.
