Jacksonville Jaguars Interested in Tim Tebow

If nothing else, they might actually sell out their games if he goes back to his hometown. I like Blaine Gabbert as a person and he looks great in a practice setting. However, when there is a defense trying to pressure him he has no composure at all.

Sorry Andy. I think you'll be okay though in Jacksonville. It could be worse, you could be a fan of that South Florida team. I refuse to call them by their name now

I'd take David Garrard (MIA) over Blaine Gabbert (JAX) ANYDAY. Garrard at least wins games. Gabbert is the worst QB I've ever seen play the game on any level.

No doubt he had a tough year, but he's young still. Did you see the penalties for the Saints? Holy 

In my opinion this is step one from everyone Tebowing to Tewho?

Yeah, now there saying the Jets are paying half that $5 million. Oh well, sorry Andy. I hope he disrupts the locker room even more up there.

So he goes from all that hype last season to being a backup? Well, Sanchez sucks so he might start before you know it.

I can't imagine a much worse idea for the Jets. It seems like a PR stunt. They are known as a bunch of malcontents, criminals, and worse. So they go out and get a guy with a sterling reputation as a citizen, regardless of what you think of him as a player, like that somehow makes up for the Santonio Holmes' and Antonio Cromarties.

Incidently, I think it is funny that Cromartie is the first Jets player to bash Tebow after the move. The last time I heard, Cromartie had at least 10 illegitimate kids with at least 9 different women. I wouldn't want someone shining a light into my room if it were that dark either, if I were him.

Now as a football move, I don't get it either. They are commited to playing Marc Sanchez over $20 million over the next two years. Sanchez is a pretty lousy quarterback, but them trading for Tebow isn't gonna help his confidence at all. Many of his teammates have already been throwing him under the bus, so his confidence certainly isn't too high already.

The New York media is gonna be brutal to Tebow. Bad move all around.

I can't believe the Jaguars decided to be conservative and screwed the pooch again. I'm sure NFL.com is gonna sell out of those Chad Henne jerseys :sarcasm:
