Jaguar's failures continue...

Both Mark Webber and Antonio Pizzonia failed to finish their second grand prix in a row. In Australia, both suffered suspenion failures. In Malaysia, the same song, different verse. Mark drops out with engine trouble, after working his way safely into the points, while his teammate, Pizzonia dropped out a few laps later with again suspenion failure. Jaguar look to have a decent car to score them points this year but mechnical woes have halted their progress. With their big budget, I am sure the problems will be fixed and we will begin to see good progress possibly as soon as Interlagos, but almost positive that they will be fixed by Imola in four weeks.

Yup. Biggest mistake was dropping Irvine. I think that with the problems from last year fixed and a pretty good car for this year, that his experience would have been really valuable to make progress. I would also garantee that those failures wouldn't have occured to him, because he knows how to take car of an F1 car unlike the rookie Pizzonia and 2nd year rookie Webber.

In defence of Webber, he's a fantastic driver and I'm sure he can bring alot to Jag...although as also a HUGE Irvine fan...that was a silly mistake to not keep him...I think they could have worked together really well!

As more of a Webber fan then the actual Jag team...I'm going to look on the bright side that at least it was the cars fault that Webber didn't finish and not Webbers, so nothing can be held against him as a driver. :)
