I noticed a flaw in your avatar which could easily be found as detrimental to Stock Car AutoRacing. Hence, here are some allowed corrections you may use.
(not really..i just wanted to make a laugh out of it)
1. because nascar will do whatever they want to slow a specific car down even if they're meeting the rules. (see infineon, montreal, ect)
2. Because brett Bodine led the most laps this season
3. because the pace car goes at pit lane speed.
4. Because that's the highest known pit lane speed on the cup circuit
