I don't know how many of you get the syndicated John Boy & Billy Show on the radio. For any who don't, it's yer typical morning zoo show, with the twist that they are Southern and HUGE fans of NASCAR. Every week, the winner of the race is on for a bit. I listen because we don't have a Bob and Tom affiliate here. :(

Anywho, they played a bit this morning that had Billy doing Ward Burton's voice on a rap song. I dang near piled into the back of a cattle trailer laughing at it. It's on their newest CD I think. If you get a chance to hear it, it's well worth it.

South Boston in da house, y'all. Word to yer Momma and them. :ROFLMFAO:

OH MY!! Too funny!! I know who they are. Used to listen to them every morning on my way home from my 3rd shift job. Unfortunately we don't get 'em up here cause this here is Stern's stomping ground. JB&B are hysterical. Rayford was great too. Do they ever do the "how to talk like a redneck" anymore ? It's been about 10 yrs since I've listened to them.

sum = an indefinite or specified amount of money
beach = place you go for summer vacation
ice = frozen water

Redneck version
"Tell that sum beach he better get his ice home" LOL, 10 yrs later and I still remember that one.

They don't have it here. You know...being New England and all.

We get 100 Howard Stern wannabees. :rolleyes:

They will be doing the show from the White House on Wed. This is a real big deal and an honor.

Interesting. The white house must have something special going on next week. I listen to talk radio during the week on the way to work and one of the guys I listen to will be there next week too.

I Have seen some of Howard Stern. That is one pointless show. Good waste of air time.

It's Stern. That's the only national morning show we get in Pittsburgh that I am aware of. I prefer the local stuff, because they always make fun of stuff close to home. We now have a former morning show guy who does a primetime show, but still keeps all the humor in. It's nice to have considering when I'm home I'm never up by 10 when it goes off the air.

If you see goober later ..tell him I said duh-huh he'll know what you mean..................:D
