Jeff Gordon to host Saturday Night Live

I just read that Jeff Gordon is going to host Saturday Night Live on January 11, 2003. "What an honor to be asked to host the show..." Gordon was quoted as saying. I haven't been able to watch that show in years, but I might try watching at least the beginning of this one.
 
He is the first motorsports driver of any kind to host the show.
 
thats cool.. i'm surprised they didn't have Jr. do it first though..
 
Jr don't have 4 WC Championships and a nasty divorce going on!
 
I've never watched that show, but guess there is always a first time and some incentive to watch it.........:D

Yeah but Jr is called the robot either. More power to Jeffy, I do hope it works out. I just don't see it. Hosting Regis's show isn't like hosting SNL.
