I watched all those replays!

There was a lane there! Mikey drove into Jeff!

Mikey's fault not Jeff's!

JMO

I watched it as well and i disagree!!
I agree with BP & Wally that it was jeff's fault, Mikey was already a half a car lenght inside of jeff and Jeff just crowed Mikey down!
But hey thats short track racing

I wish i had an once of Jamies luck!!

Jeff didn't crowd Mikey! there was a lane there! Mikey was bumping his way in there & wrecked the both of them. !

Jeffs carheld it's line & Mikeys moved up. Mikeys car was not on the white line so how is it that Jeff crowded him?

I wish I would have seen it. Oh well, I think I head enough that it doesn't seem like anyone's fault just an accident.

i just watched it...from all angles.....mikey was under jeff and jeff came down on mikey and made the first initial contact...Mikey got squirrelly and then hit jeff and spun them both.....but it was jeff who made first contact crowding mikey who's tires were on the white line.......thats the way I saw it anyways....:)

I missed the Busch race, so I will not comment. I'm sure they were just racing for the lead, and crowding eachother. I can't believe this is the 2nd Busch win in a row that McMurray has gotten from Michael. Oh well.

Of course there was a lane there. Waltrip is a wrecker just like Bodine, except Waltrip is funny and races on Jr team so everyone likes him. Waltrip doesn't know how to pass all he knows how to do is knock someone out of his way he proves it every time hes near someone.

I've been a fan long before Michael raced for DEI. I've watched him race for awhile, and I've noticed that drivers knock Michael out of the way more than Michael ever bumps anyone else out of the way. Michael is a very clean racer compared to most of the guys on the track.

Here I must disagree, TD. I don't think Mikey is a dirty racer. Yes, he has gotten into it with others while racing. But as the saying goes, "rubbin in racin". He's no better or no worse than others. What would you do coming to the white flag. It was just a racin' deal.

I agree with you RPM, Michael is usually a clean racer he just isn't lucky and always get caught up in a wreck or spins himself out.

Rubbin is not racin. Racin is racin. Benson and Busch proved it.

That's racin

Jeff was doing what he had to do and Mikey was doing what he had to do. Cars get together like that in turns all the time. Sometimes one or the other goes for a wild ride, and sometimes they both do.

Don't reckon I've ever seen that happen before.:D

Can't believe that not only are the fans unable to agree on the miscreant, but the drivers don't agree with each other either!:(

Musta had a close race or something........

YAHOOOO!:p

Just ironic that Mikey was just on the radio w/ BP prior to the restart taking about giving Jeff a little nudge like in their days back in KY. And Jeff was on there just before that saying he was glad his "buddy" was behind him.

But you gotta like McMurray, that kid is really humble and seems sincere in his gratitude for his luck and talent....

Damn, I missed the ending of the race. But I can tell by the stir here that it was a good one!!:) Not having seen it, I can't comment on who I think was at "fault"......I guess these days we have to assign fault for every racing incident.:( I have a question though: Had it ended the way it looked to me like to was going to end when they red flagged it with 7 to go, I think most everyone here would have been calling it a boring race....the Busch Whackers stole another one from the Busch Regulars. Would the race been as "good" had Mikey and Jeff not tangled?:)

Being a long time racing fan, I see it as "one of them racin' deals"!!:) And I didn't actually see it......but have seen so many similar incidents. It's one of the main reasons I love the sport so much.:)

Well for somebody that didn't see it, I'ld say ya put the air in the tire on that one. Thing about driving in the "rubbin is racin" style is that it does come back to bite ya at times.

Two guys, one checker flag, and a gift for the kid. Take the money and run.:)

Would I have thought it boring? No, not me. I had a new guy I was watching....56 Richard Mitchell....and of course I was watching Timmaaaaayyyyyy!!!!! to see how well he was faring. The 56 made the whole race finishing right about where he started, and Timmaaaaayyyyyy!!!!! picked up 9 spots to finish 14th.

Hi!

Can you explain what you mean by "as a long time racing fan"?

Does that mean you're more intelligent of a fan than the rest of us? Because you're able to parrot off the old "that's racin" addage to every on track incident mean that you're a better fan?

Are fans that like to debate incidents with other race fans not as good of "fans" as you are because they want to blame a driver?

Isn't that what this place is for? To debate and have fun?

Just wondering if you can explain yourself as I'm probably misreading you. Thanks!

ok, i dont know who was in which car, but the car on top was at fault. period:mad:

No period!

Waltrip drove into the side of Green. Waltrip always thinks he is just entitled to as much track as he needs. that people should just pull over for him. If they don't pull over they get booted! Happened already this year before.
