Jenson Button covets NASCAR drive rather than Indy

Would not surprise me to see Button drive a Nascar someday, his F1 days are coming to a end and Button always had a interest in Nascar.

Also it is a long shot but I would not rule Button out for driving the #43 at Sonoma

JV needs to be on the receiving end of a warning shot across his left front fender. Nothing wrong with him that being put in the wall a couple of times won't cure quickly.

I hope Button comes here to race, it'd be really awesome to see how he'd do in a Cup car. I'd also like to see him in the Rolex 24. However for me, there is no one more than I want to see try Indy 500, Daytona or the Rolex than Kimi.

I agree completely with your observation about perspective. It wasn't always this way, but in recent decades, those who revere brass knuckle competition between racers on the track have Nascar on four wheels, and MotoGP on two wheels, and no other top-level series comes close.
