Awesome pit crews at JGR -- perhaps they should be able to fire their drivers, instead of the other way around.
Kyle Busch walks away from his pit crew and into a beatdown. His pit crew is too mature to deal with anymore distractions from Kyle. Instead of focusing on winning, he's trying to maintain his "image" by acting out like a child, and throwing down excuses.
Kenseth keeps wrecking his cars and can't seem to close this year.
Suarez is a bright spot, but the Crew Chief has issues, leaving the pit crew as the only hope for the future of that team until Suarez is ready to win a race.
And Hamlin's pit crew keeps putting him up front -- yet Hamlin keeps dropping back. They need to get rid of Hamlin to have a chance at winning a Cup Championship, unless they can somehow "fix" him.
Joe Gibbs' house is not in order. The pit crews need to rise up and demand better performance out of their temperamental drivers. Joe Gibbs needs to tell his drivers to shut their pie holes and drive.
