I know Jimmy considers many of you his friends and enjoys the time he spends chatting with you, today his surgery went much longer than was expected and the prognosis is not what we had hoped for. Currently he is in an induced coma and the doctors say it may be quite some time before we know anything. I would like to ask you to keep him in your hearts and if you feel so say a prayer for his recovery.

Thank you Lynn for taking the time to update us. My thoughts and prayers go to you and Jimmy for a good recovery and strength for you both to get through.
 
Sorry to hear this , didn't know he was even sick. Thoughts for a speedy recovery and hope to see him back on the forum soon!
 
I'd like to fill you in on whats going on with Jimmy, he's still in a coma but is breathing with no support now. The test on the material removed from is brain have came back with no sign of cancer or disease. The doctors are saying his brain was not draining properly and that the fluids where infected, possibly due to the head injuries he received in his accident and that the lose of eyesight and dizzeness where related to the pressure. At this point we are just waiting for a change.

May I ask why it says Cap'n Chuckie under Flash in his avatar? and how it got there?
 
Glad to hear he is improving.Thanks for the update.As far as what's in his avatar.We can change it in our profile page.So I would think it's something Flash put there.
 
We are all thinking of Jimmy and hoping for a swift and completer recovery. :)
 
just don't take any advice from fenderbumper on your escape. sure fire way to put you back in a coma. <g>
 
Sorry about bein so short they wont let me use the laptop inside so I been flirtin with my nurse to get her to wheel me out here ( It was'nt easy she is about the ugliest thing, damn good chance she was actually born a man ) I guess I missed up couple races but Dink is burning them on cd so I can watch latter got alot of catchin up to do. Good to be back.

I heard earlier several people where killed at Pocono, lightening storm? Damn Shame everyone needs to say a prayer for them and their families.
