Jimmy Owens "The O Show" will make his Chili Bowl debut next month!

Just received via Facebook, Jimmy Owens will be driving a midget in the Chili Bowl in Tulsa, OK next month. Rick Eckert has raced the last couple year, we've also seen Timmy McCreadie race (and win) in the annual event, and even Bloomer has raced. Wonder how the Newport Nightmare will do.

I want to go down and watch this race so bad. Ive been told its impossible to get tickets because they are like bristol tickets, handed down from generation to generation. I may try to get down there next year and see if i can get in.

Was it last year that T-MAC broke his neck or was it the year before?

Craigslist and e-bay usualy have poeple selling tickets. But you're sort of right. Once people have ticets, they have first dibs. We renew our in june or July ever year.

And yes, it was T-Mac that broke his neck there. Flew over the turn one fence and landed hard.

Yeah it looks like I'm not gonna make it down this year either. Ill have to try and see what I can do for next year. Tulsa is awesome I love it down in Oklahoma.
