Who really thought he would pick Zora?

I thought he should have, but I wasn't real sure he would. Sarah was a materialistic witch, but she was definitely hot. Did you hear what she said when talking to Mellissa about him really being a "loser" because he didn't really have all that money.

Did anyone see that "twist" they kept talking about coming?

I told my wife I thought the twist might be that he was really gay. They seem to have to have a gay character on every show on TV now, so I thought this was possible. But I am really glad it wasn't what they were up to.

I watched it. SOMEONE in the house has gotten herself addicted to reality TV lately.

I enjoyed watching her squirm on the couch in anticipation of the outcome of this little charade. I too thought he'd take the blonde, but I was wrong.

Fox is milking this thing for all it's worth too. Drawing it out as long as possible. Ratings must be great. This had the more entertaining premise IMO than the other reality crap that's on.

I did not see any of the tv shows on this dude but I was thinking that the twist wouldbe that he really had 50 million

I watched it....I thought he would pick Zora....To me she was more down to earth........

I have never watched a reality series before and I don't really plan on doing it again. But the premise of this show was too good to pass up. I too enjoyed watching Sarah squirming on the couch trying to look comfortable. She already had most of that $50 mil spent I'm betting. Now I guess it's back to those bondage vidoes she was making before. :p

I was glad to see "Joe" select Zora though I didn't know if she was going to show up at the end. The freaky part about her was when she had that dream in which she dreamt that Even wasn't who he appeared to be.

Regardless of where this goes in real life, it was nice to see them get some cash. Especially for Zora.

I also laughed when the brunette who couldn't cook and was practically pulling her clothes off at one point knocked Even after the fact. Duuuuh!

I was glad to see Zora be the one he picked. I was hoping it wouldn't go the normal "blonde bombshell" takes it all.

SOMEONE also was just as hooked as I was, that SOMEONE pretended to not be watching but would play on the computer and watch the T.V. at the same time. :p

Now I just hope Trista makes the right choice. Although I read somewhere that she was pulled over for speeding and Charlie was in the car.

20 babes in slinky dresses, dolling up trying to win a jackpot? Hailyeah I'm peepin'! :bounce: :booya: :pbjtime:

My very first episode was last week. Not only do I not watch the reality shows but I was always working nights too. I knew that he would pick Zora because she's "real" aka an everyday girl, very down to earth. I thought Sarah was a total stuck up snob from the moment I laid eyes on her. I wasn't expecting the twist, but I was VERY happy for Zora. Now I'm betting with a friend of mine that when it's all said & done, they go their seperate ways......

In effect...

He picked Zora over Sarah.

Sarah insulted Evan to an equally clueless former contestant for being "a loser" because he didn't really inherate the money.

He told Zora that he picked her, but he also told her he lied and he hoped she would forgive him for lying. He waited for her decision and she finally arrived and told him that she would forgive him and try continuing their relationship. The butler then told them that since true love had prevailed that they were presenting them with a check for one million dollars to split between them.

Didn't you guys know what the twist was when you started watching it???

Geez they told us in the preview before it even started...no fun at all!!

Interesting to hear how it ended though, I think we are up to only the third week with it.

I had guessed the twist at the beginning. I actually only started watching the show to see the money grubbing women like Heidi and Sarah get their little smirks wiped off when they found out he didn't have 50 mil.

And then I actually started liking Zora. The part where they told about her past and her charity work just made me wonder why someone like her who is not impressed by material things made her apply to Joe Millionaire. I figured he would pick her, because they seem to both be very down to earth and likable people who value the same kind of things. Which is why I was shocked when she came to him after he confessed. I figured the not being honest would ruin everything for her. I think they have a chance if Zora and Evan can truly get over the honest thing. The pessimist in me doesn't think they will.

And I suspect this thing is going to go on at least three more weeks. The aftermath, the reunion of all the girls, and the analzying what went down. They can drag this thing on forever. But I am not watching anymore.

I know this is mean, but man did I crack up when Sarah did that fake smile when she learned Evan was poor. You could just see she was seething and thinking all sorts of bad stuff to do to him. And the other girl saying he was a loser after finding out he was poor made me  too. She was all over him just weeks before.

This was the first reality show I had watched since the first season of Big Brother and Survivor and what a waste. Except the last half hour of this weeks show.

I watched most of it. Kind of what I expected. They are going to try to develop a relationship outside of the camera's eye. That will be very difficult to do until everybody forgets about them. That should take about 2 weeks I think. Then they can try to see if there is really something there.
