NASCAR said Friday no foreign substances were found in a chemical analysis of tires used by Johnny Sauter in the Busch race at New Hampshire last month. NASCAR impounded the tires after post-race inspection and sent them to an outside company to see if anything had been used to soften the tires, which could increase traction.

I was wondering when they were going to release the report on those tires.

PS. I knew they wouldn't find anything. Was all pure speculation that that was the "only" reason that the car was able to drive through the field like it did.
