JPM crewman arrested for marijuana trafficking

Smoke14..... I don't care what BobbyFord calls you, you're alright in my book!

Seriously though, when do these people learn?

If POT was legal, these poor saps would not be in jail right now and taxpayers would not be spending money to investigate, arrest, prosecute and imprison them.

But SlowNeasy is right...

UPDATE: EGR fired both Lysne and Frey, EGR owner Chip Ganassi announced Wednesday. NASCAR indefinitely suspended both men. "I am extremely disappointed with the news that we received about two of our crew members," Ganassi said in a statement. "We have a zero tolerance policy in this organization and effective immediately both individuals' employment has been terminated."(ESPN.com)(8-10-2011)
AND: NASCAR announced Wednesday that it has indefinitely suspended crew members Jerome Frey and Trevor Lysne, both of whom worked with the #42 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team, for violating Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 19 (violation of the substance abuse policy) of the 2011 NASCAR rule book.(NASCAR)(8-10-2011)

My daughter was asst manager at the Foxwoods Casino pharmarcy. It was guaranteed you'd P in a cup at least once a month. Sometimes they would come back a few days later figuring you just might have celebrated passing the P test and do another. She told us they should put in a revolving door as new hires came in as pharmacy techs (pill counters mostly) and a couple of months later they were gone.

Decent job with decent wages starting at $14.00 with good benefits and they'd screw it up by drug use. Not just the younger generation either as people in their 40's and 50's were let go too.

Hard for me to understand why anyone would screw up a decent job in these tough times.
