Jrs cars are legal. Dei has always had a good restrictor plate program and so has rcr. Thats why they are so dominate there.

Some of the responses sound similar to the ones we heard when Jeff was dominating a few years back. Get over it, both Jeff and Jr. are quality drivers. Don't blame them because you dislike NASCAR and floating rule book.
