Juan Pablo!

Has he won here yet? Without cable I can't keep up. I t would be great to see.

I don't believe he has.

Should be an interesting race...Michael is in the third position behind Rubens.

Did they have quilifing, I thought that was just practice last night.

hey what an awsome qualifying it was! Micheal could not keep up and Juan got his fourth in a row! But we all know his and williams crappy luck, Juan will blow his engine on about lap 45 and Shumacher will run away with it.

The difference is that MS uses his cool head...while we all know the hot head that JPM drags along...If he had played his cards right...this year alone he would have won at least 3 races...but NOOOOOOOOO......he had to blow his engine...to prove.....WHAT????......Can someone tell me...pleaaaaaaaaaseee

F1 needs someone, anyone to step up to the plate and beat the Ferrari guys!

F1 has just about zero competition. Whats the point of watching it when you pretty much know who is going to win?

I was real dissapointed with the F1 Indy race last year! I was expecting a lot more competition. I couldn't even finish watching the race (it was just that bad in my opinion)! If someone like Juan could step up and start beating Schu then things would be a lot more interesting !!!!!!!!!

fly boy, if you think F1 has no competition, then why do you bother posting over here?..F1 does have competition, but some cars and drivers are simply better than others...just like DEI has won the last 5 NASCAR plate races

The level of competition in F1 is unprecedented in any other series.

It's just that no one else can rise up to the level laid down by Ferrari.

Not Ferrari's problem.

Well I'm just interested in posting here because I want someone to tell me where all this competition is if the same Driver pretty much wins every race ??????????

I would actually watch F1 if they had at least 3 or 4 competitive cars.

Every time I watch its Ferrari and the cars are way spread out

It's difficult ...
Faithful followers....(I mean those that watch every race).... know...
Can't make an educated comparison of the F1 (which is the ultimate) to cart...nascar ....or whatever....if one followes these and not much the F1
F1 is like no other....I don't want to sound condescending....maybe Paul can do a better job...expaining...

I've watched and I just can't see any competition. Sorry !

Flyboy. You're saying that no one ever beats Schumi.

Then I said you must have missed the Monaco race.

Who won the Monaco race?

And Cher is right. F1 is the pinnacle. It's the racing series. Ask any driver that knows anything about driving professionally and they will tell you that to drive in an F1 car is the ultimate.

hmmmmmmm

Then why haven't guys like Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart and tons of others not even shown any intest in it ????????

Why do Americans like nascar so much better then???

I'm still waiting for an explanation of where all this competition is?

One race doesn't count !

I've already explained why Americans like NASCAR better.

Tony Stewart has said many times he knows he couldn't run in F1.

How many races count? You have said repeatedly that "no one ever beats Schumi".

Again, you musn't have seen the Monaco race.

I have a feeling you don't know much about F1.

Ok Here it goes:

Not including 2002 (which would make his win percentage even higher)

In the years of 2000 and 2001:

Schumaker won 18 races out of a total of 34.

That is a win percentage of 52.9 %

I'd say that this shows that their ain't much competition in F1 !!!

Maybe somebody needs to steal those TYRES or something that Ferrari runs !!!!

Just my opinion !!! No harm meant! I just want to see some more folks step up to the plate and give Schu a challenge!

I will also say that I love the Ferrari cars (awesome for sure)

Why did you capitalize "tyres"?

Bebi has been here a lot longer than you, I'm too tired to explain Schumi's carreer to you and you're getting me upset.

Sorry Dude but those are Da Facts !!!!!

I just never new that Tires were called TYRES in Europe.

I guess we learn something new every day !

1st off, Stewart and Gordon are oval drivers, they havent shown an interest because they are making money where they're at and extremely competitive, why switch to a whole new game, and probably, an under performing car

2nd, America is a very simplistic nation (i dont mean have such a higher-up tone, i say this as an American) we dont like a lot of technology and we dont like anything non-violent, we like our stock cars hitting each other..etc. outside of racing, the fact that Football and Wrestling are the most popular American sports proves my point, aside from that, America is 1 nation, while there are at least 20+ others where F1 is the highest form of racing

3rd, the competition is in the cars and teams, the reason Ferrari wins all the time is that they're good, damn good, and the competition is the driver against the track and the teams against the teams, it's very fierce competition, just a different style

Couldn't have said it better myself. Thanks 6.

Now flyboy, I think this topic is over. If you want to know more about the history or F1 and NASCAR, I suggest getting a book.

'Atta boy, Paul! I think Flyboy, just like many other American race fans, are missing the F1 boat. You're right, THIS is the pentultimate racing series - the one that every open wheel (and some NA$CAR boys, too) driver aspires to. Competition is much more than seeing cars pass each other on the track. Obviously, somebody must have figured this out as, statistically, F1 is the most watched motor sport in the world...(By the way, I got a chuckle out of the "tyres" comment. I'd bet he'd have a stroke if we started talking about the "aluminium" engine components):)

4 mk......

Thanks for the chuckle...and your comment is right on the money...;-)))

Well you guys have pretty much proven that F1 ain't worth much !

Competition is among the driver and track ???? wow ....how exciting!

And I'm awful glad that The USA has brought the English Language back up too par! We invented the freakin car so we should be able to call Tires....just that tires!!!!!

F1 The Pinnacle of racing ???? Yeah Right !!!

Cart cars are faster than F1 !!

Americans are violent ????? What about the freakin people in the middle east?????

And with that...

Adios flyboy...it was nice knowing you. You were warned numerous times to stop the inflammatory posts yet you continue.

Oh...boy Fly...You're really flying off the handle ...wowwwwww....
I believe that Congrats are in order...NEVER...in the history of the F1 was one so accurate in describing it....
