Dale Earnhardt Junior; RCR, DEI deal won't affect decision

Dale Earnhardt Junior who recently said that he will be leaving Dale Earnhardt Incorporated at the end of 2007, said Friday that partnership between Richard Childress Racing and DEI that the teams announced won't affect his decision on where to go in 2008.
Richard Childress Racing is the team where his late father won six of his seven championships.
"We're still thinking about where we want to go and putting everything in a row and getting everything lined up," Earnhardt said. "It wouldn't impact my decision, though. Absolutely not."
Earnhardt's sister Kelley Earnhardt-Elledge, who handles her brother's business affairs, said Friday that she has already received several offers and has begun the process of sorting them out.
