Richie Gilmore, the new head of racing operations for Dale Earnhardt Inc., said Stevie Reeves will replace Ty Norris as Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s spotter. Reeves used to spot for DEI's No. 1 team and occasionally has filled in for Norris, who left the organization last week.
 
At least it will be a familiar voice.

What I worry about is that Ty played moderator sometimes when Dale and the Tonys got hot with each other on the radio.
 
yeah, i think ty had to handle jr at times to cool him down, hopefully since they've worked together before, it will go smooth...
