So the question is: If you were to be strapped into a qualifying lap at Texas with a cup regular, who would you be most nervous with (doubting their abilities)? (Excluding McDowell )

I would be least comfortable with Allmendinger.

Don't know quite who , but a driver like Kurt who needs to get a top ten in the books but doesn't have the equipment, is the way I would go.

Thats the conclusion I came to when doing the Petty driving experience. Not knowing the guy next to me driving, was the unnerving part of it. That, and they gave no earplugs. That sucked too.

all of these guys have talent if it was cup driver I don't think I would be afraid at all.A few years back I went on a road course with a so called pro driver and wasn't afraid at all it was pretty cool really my friend won one of those hot laps passes.
