aparently not, because the cloning done on the clouds is elementary at best.

see the three marks (circled) are the same around the tower, the pavement repeats, part of the picture doesn't even overlap at the bottom, the tree just 'blends' into the parking lot, the original outline of the tower can be seen (lines) and there are no clouds seen in the holes of the tower.

You certainly don't want to Google "tornado lightning" and look at the image results either:

I sure hope your teacher isn't taking any credit for this picture...

eh, well he'd recieved it from a friend of a friend..you know how it goes.

but i actually was a little questionable over it when i noticed the nado/tree overlap...
 
Ya it's a photoshop, but for the untrained eye, it's pretty great! I know I first believe it lol
