Thank you for all the e-mails and phone calls you have sent about Kentucky Lake.
On October the 6th we will re-open with a full program for the Late Model, Modified, Street Stock, 4Cylinders, and the Crate Late Models. This will be a FRIDAY night and then we will continue on Saturday October 7th with a Figure 8 Bus race. We will race every weekend in October. We will end the month with the Annual Commonwealth Cup weekend. This will take place on October 28th and 29th. It will be a LUCAS Oil sanctioned race and pay $10,000 to win each night for Late Models and $2,000 to win each night for Modifieds.
Work on the track is still in progress and will be completed in a few weeks. We're confident that you will find the new racing surface a positive decision and will support racing at the lake.
