How did his car catch on fire??? The guy on the radio said the motor dropped out and when he let off the gas it ingnighted, but i dont under stand if u can help me understand what that means.
Looked more like a brief oil fire. The motor blew, spilling oil on the hot headers. It flared up, burned, and then went out.
Spectacular looking, but not serious.

o i never thought of there being an oil leak but that sounds like what happend, thanks TRL
Last year dad has a rubber hose get on the header and started to burn, no big deal, just made that over flow hose shorter.
