Kinda missing my girls already, but I'm proud of them

I really am proud of both of my girls for taking part in a local mission trip, but I already miss them and they just left this afternoon. They go out and do different things all week. They feed people who are much worse off than we are and do physical labor for organizations that help out in the community as well. Mostly everything they do is based here in our hometown, but they stay at the church when they aren't working. The kids love the camp type atmosphere that that brings. My son took part in last year's mission trip, but he's out of high school now so he isn't eligible. I know that others need them more than I do this week only, so I guess I can suck it up.

I went to Tijuana as a kid on a mission trip delivering Xmas presents.. Guarantee they come back feeling good about themselves. Right on!

Yesterday, they did a lot of home repairs and improvements for people who needed it but just couldn't afford to get it done.
