That's nice for Parker. It's been up and down for him, but I'm not convinced he has what it takes to make it to cup.

I agree. PK has the potential. And year two of KBM should (should) show improvement over the results of year one.
This could be a vey nice fit!

I think he showed last year after moving to Red Horse Racing they he at least deserves a NNS shot. I'd also say if in the right equipment he could probably run with the likes of the Dillion boys. If he would have ran the whole season with Red Horse I think he could have made a huge splash in the Truck championship race last year.
