Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway’s official opening day will be Saturday, April 8th. This will start the first point race for the $25,000 point fund. Gates open at 4 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. Grand stand admissions are $11.00 for adults, kids 12 and under are FREE. Pit passes will be $25.00. We will run all classes including UMP Late Model, UMP Modified, C.A.R.S. Crate Late Model, UMP Street Stock, and 4 cylinders.

We will be racing every weekend from April to October. We will pill draw all classes; there will be no qualifying for regular shows, big shows only. We will be hosting several special events including the 2nd Annual ’99,’ MARS/UMP Clash race, Extreme School Bus Racing, NALMS, and the Commonwealth Cup.

as far as the new car is we got the cage painted and put in the car, and the inside of the car is painted. still got a lot to do on it. going to run the car from last year 4 a while.
 
lisa is gathering parts and getting her ducks in a row so to speak. she is very busy, with her dad being sick and a lot of iorns in the fire. she is working many many hours. but i'm sure she will have the js7 on the track at peoria come race time. ;)
