Seems like he's out to prove something with the starts he's had in daytona and cali.... after all we all know jeffery gordon should have won the championship last year.

This topic might have been beaten to death last year,just my take on it.

I dont know maybe kurts getting tired of getting an earfull of it
 
I seriously doubt that Busch cares what #24 fans think about last year. His good showing in the first 2 races is a result of a good team and a car with an engine that hung together.

Then again, maybe he's just tired of hearing the media crown Johnson this years King.
 
Something to prove? What does that mean? The guy is a racer like the rest of them them and goes go for top every time. That's the way it is. Makes no difference what the media says.
 
just that some of the glitter is taken off his trophy, kinda the a way everyone was talking about kennseth the year before when he won, think it was 1 race and winning the championship while flyin ryan won 8 races the same year........... lets face it the points system has been screwed up for many many years.................................. and thats what i mean bump.. and it just wasnt gordon fans thinking jeff got screwed ..........

That's right. According to the 2004 rules, Kurt won the 2004 championship. No if's, but's, maybe's. He's the champ. And a good one, too. Great spokesman for NASCAR. Great spokesman for his team and sponsors. He's doing it everything right. :)
