Kurt Busch

Yea, and Matt's car seemed to have a miss of some kind.

Interesting.

Roush maybe bumping up against a limit to their horsepower?:)

I wonder why it is all happening to Busch. I mean Matt could have a problem but how many weeks in a row has it been that Busch has had a problem.

It seems like the Ryan bug has also infected Kurt and I hope it is cureable. Where do they get those engines?...are they 2nds?

I wish both well tomorrow. purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

notice hendricks has been awhile since engine failure jeez i hope i didnt jinz the boys

These string of blown motors have really hurt Kurt Busch in the points, dropping him out of the top-10 when he was once competing for the title. What makes it even worse is Kurt keeps losing the motors while he is running in the top-10, so they know they have a strong team if only they could get past these blown motors. Kurt has a unique driving style and is fun to watch, but it is a shame to see him drop out half-way or 3/4ths through the race before he really starts racing.

Maybe Hendricks let Jack Rousch borrow the traction control to try out on a ford.Give it back Jack,Rick is laughing at you.:D

After the Michigan race some of the media attempted to make much ado of Kurt's engine problems. Claiming that Kurt was unhappy with the "Cat in the Hat" , and was testing motors and yada yada.

Tempest in a teapot. Though there is some indication that a few of the newer tricks from the Roush engine room may be on Kurt's car, Jack seems happy with Kurt, and Kurt would be a dem fool if he wasn't aware of how good his ride is.

With two engine problems in Busch's last two races, Roush says he's aware his youngest driver may be the toughest on equipment. According to the owner, Busch doesn't abuse cars or parts, but does extract every ounce of horsepower.

"Kurt, unhappily, has the distinction right now of testing parts better than anybody else in my group," Roush said. "And if I can fix them so that it doesn't give a problem to Kurt's car, I'm sure it won't be a problem anyplace else.

That's a good way for Jack to look at it,Mark use to be the same way.Mark drove on asphalt like most would drive on dirt.We saw a little of that earlier this year when he went thru traffic like a man late for dinner.I would love to have seen the Busch race finish yesterday, and see how Jeffs car held up.:) Yep,and you are right Kurt can thank his lucky stars he is running some of the best power out there.Four cars dancing around the top 15 isn't trash for sure.Jack is enjoying his second chance at life with a lot of success in Nascar.Maybe he can get his first Cup this year.:)

I've had the same question about the engines in Kurt's cars since I heard yesterday he'd blown another one after posting the fastest speed in practice. Guess you have all answered my question. Sure don't dare pick him in any of my games. LOL

Watching Kurt drive you have to see that it is always flat out so I understand Jack's comment.

So lets not start those vicious R&D statements...Jack wants all his drivers to win.
