With out 2nd or 3rd gear......Kyle had 2 restarts without 3rd gear.... and the last restart with out 2nd and 3rd. 8 laps to go. Lost 8-10 spots and still wins.......:beerbang: Talk about a hot rod.

Sounded like me playing NR2003 last night. :D

I bet the truck regulars will be glad when Busch isn't in their race. He wears them out.

...didn't someone predict in the "2009 Cup Predictions" thread that Kyle Busch wasn't going to win a single race this season...?
Seems he's picked up where he left off last year.

Not to hijack the thread but what about hornaday getting upset over something that was his own doing? man crafton had every right to stay on the gas and root him out of the way for the block.

Pfft. If the guy wants to strut around like a **** for being a big fish in a small pond so be it.

I was hoping Harvick was going to pull it off. I'd really like to see him win in both series with his own equipment.

What about Todd Bodine? He's a Cup-vet running in Trucks.

I give up, what about him? The difference is, Busch has proven himself able to compete at the top level, and has a full time ride with a top tier team. What's he got to prove in the truck series?

He's a 23 year old kid with a lot yet to learn...I guess he wants to get educated by some of the veterans in the truck field

If he was kept from the truck series thats about as good as the truck regulars saying they arent fast enough and need help. Id rather make my stuff better to beat the kid.

No one is limited to running any one series, but it doesn't mean that more accomplished drivers need to be running in a lower series just to get easy wins. The truck and Nationwide divisions should be a development series for younger drivers looking for experience and for teams that want to field a competitive car without a Sprint Cup budget. I kinfd of liken it to a kid that graduates from elementary school going back to his old playground to beat up on the new kids.

LOL that's about it. If they want to run a few races I don't have a problem with that. When they run for the championship and knock that Series regular out of it is when I have a problem with it.

If you don't chase someone faster than you, you will never get any faster. When I was racing in sportsman classes we would go to non-sanctioned races at other tracks where I'd run the Pro class. I really benefitted and learned a lot from the Pros.

A lot of these guys are trying to hang on in the series and need all the points that they can get as well as finish as high as they can so that they can make enough money to keep going. The more ringers in the field, the less chance they have to do so.

You guys would ***** about Kyle if he walked up to you and handed you $1 million dollars, free of charge. There'd be something wrong with his walk or the color shirt he had on.

I agree with that.

I thought fans wanted someone who spoke his mind and wasn't PC and went out to win races.

If the Wildthing drove a black car, had a mustache and wore those goofy looking goggles, everyone would worship him.
