Ganassi adds name to list of owners interested in Busch: Add Chip Ganassi Racing [#s 40, 41, 42] to the list of teams that are interested in #5-Kyle Busch. Team owner Chip Ganassi said he is interested in talking to the driver. "Who wouldn't be?" Ganassi said when asked if he was interested in pursuing Busch. "A good guy comes along like that, yeah I'm interested." Ganassi said he is not in the position to add a team since the best of his three drivers is #42-Juan Pablo Montoya, who ranks 21st in the points. "Before we can get to a fourth car, we've got to move our three cars up the grid a little bit," Ganassi said.(SceneDaily.com)(6-17-2007)

Childress interested in Kyle Busch: Car owner Richard Childress was unable to sign Dale Earnhardt, Jr., but his team is hardly hurting as is. The car owner said Saturday that like a lot of car owners in the garage, he’s very interested in talking with newly minted free agent Kyle Busch, possibly for a long-rumored fourth Richard Childress Racing car. “Anybody would look at Kyle right now - any team in here,” said Childress. Childress, one of the most independent minds in the Nextel Cup garage, is not someone even remotely daunted by Busch’s reputation as a hot head. “I can name you eight or 10 guys in here at his age that were a handful. He's learning." Of Busch, Childress added, “He's the hottest property on the market right now.” In fact, some in the garage believe that Busch’s driving talent is equal to or even ahead of that of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.(SPEEDtv.com)(6-17-2007)

I think Kyle is a very talented driver.
I think he'll do well with any top caliber team. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing him in a Ford. Problem is Roush is about the only competitive Ford team week after week and Jack doesn't like the kid.

I guess he don't. He left him to go to HMS. Jack had tried to run him in a few truck races the he was stolen. Same with Jeff Gordon from Bill Davis.

Do you blame him? :D :AHHHH:

I'd like to see Kyle stay in a Chevy. I think he's going to win races and probably a cup or two. He just needs to bring some wisdom to go with that talent- which is immense.

He's not even 22 yet.

I don't see why people don't like him. Yeah he s a little rowdy but i guess you all want to see the same kind of drivers go around in circles

I think a lot of why they don't like him is Kurt.

And then every now and then he does something stupid. But I think most of it is just being young. He doesn't try to fight people like Kurt did. He apologizes when he screws up and he has more respect for the sport than I think Kurt did. Mark Martin seems like Kyle a lot. That says something.

At almost 22 and only been driving in the Cup series for a couple of years this kid is a great talent. He's done more in his career before 22 than Dale Jr. did before he was 22.
There is a Cup Championship with Kyle Busch's name on it. Believe that.

I kinda LIKE Kyle B, but let's face it, he needs to be taken behind the woodshed every now and again.

I feel the same about Kyle and Kurt. I don't dislike them but they let their attitudes get the best of them.

Did anyone watch the truck race? Kyle kept that thing in the lead until the last lap even though it was sideways every corner.

His car handling skills are as good as it gets. Rick even said that last week, comparing Kyle to Tim Richmond. He's not even 22.

And he really does mean well. He donated more to Katrina relief than any other driver. At the age of 21. He participates in charity events frequently and just loves to drive- anything.

He'll grow up. And look out.

I think Bobby Ginn is the best place for Kyle. He can really mature as a driver and win more races there. If he got the guidance and mentoring from Mark Martin, just imagine! Look what Mark did for Kenseth!

I keep hearing that.

Has Mark made announced his plans next year?

I know that Mark likes Kyle a lot, and I agree that he would be a great influence. But is Mark going to be around the next couple of years?

I think Mark is doing about the same schedule next year as this year.

That might or might not be true. If he does not loose the unnecessary arrogance, he won't have a championship of any kind.
I like Kurt.
