I'm sure that Jeffy Boy and Rick Hendrick are molding him right now as we speak!
I haven't heard Kyle make any waves with anyone like His brother Kurt has! Kurt is a good guy too >> just very aggressive on the track >> give Kurt a chance to >> Kurt will be winning races for a long time to come!
It is pretty heady stuff to be stocking grocery store shelves at about eight dollars an hour one eyar and put into a top series race car with a multi-million dollar contract within two years and expect anyone to keep thier head on straight. Kurt Busch is no different. His age and maturity level had a lot to do with that.
There are plenty of examples of drivers who suffered the syndrome of getting too much too soon and in the over all scheme of things, an example of a driver who received the proper training throughout his career from day one is Jeff Gordon. Gordon had an advantage with guidance from his family and served him well as he advanced through the ranks and became successful. One who has proven himself as being well groomed even wehn under stress is 2003 Winston Cup Champion Matt Kenseth.
It is obvious there are several drivers who came up from the depths of the unknown within the past five or six years who had litle to no training on being polite and gentlemanly. Lessons instilled too late to salvage a reputation that will follow for years and might never be extinguished.
Kyle Busch is, as suggested, getting the basics in "personal deportment" and public behavior. This is not a bad thing. No sponsor want s to spend millions on a team and have a driver throw temper tantrums when the games in the sandbox don't unfold the way they think they should.
Kurt Busch is one of the best in the series, if not the best, right now, bar none. He will win a championship and he will kick butt in this series. Kyle ??? Let's wait and see. The lad has shown definite promise and faces the ultimate challenge.
