UPDATE: Kyle Busch has pleaded guilty after he was cited for speeding more than 128 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone in Iredell County back in May. Busch pleaded guilty to speeding charges and "no contest" to charges of careless and reckless driving on Tuesday afternoon in an Iredell County Courtroom. He was sentenced to 30 days suspended and was given a one-year unsupervised probation. He was fined $1,000 in the case and the court took his driver's license for 45 days. Busch was given a prayer for judgment on the reckless driving charge.(WBTV)(8-23-2011)

30 days Suspended, 1 year Un-Supervised probation, $1,000 fine and lost his license for 45 days? For 128 mph in a 45 mph zone?

I just paid a FHP ticket for 81 mph in a 70 mph zone my fine was $280 or $25.90 per mph.

KB was 83 mph over ( he was more over the limit than I was going LOL ) and he pays $1000 or 11.77 per mph.

Obviously I need to GO FASTER!!! :D

I got pulled over on the 40 heading for Havasu radar'd at 115 in my dad's Cadillac. The cop asked me my story, asked me to open the trunk and then wrote me a $25 seatbelt ticket (even though I had one on) and told me to keep my foot out of the grille. :D

Yup, it all depends. Of course regardless, it's Kyle Busch so he should be hanged and sundown and fined enough to pay off the deficit:D

Did you go to court?

Wow. Another Kyle Busch thread turned into an advanced class in pre-emptive passive-aggressiveness and sarcasm.

Well, another one to passs over next time.

Dude, EVERYONE knows it's cheaper when you buy in bulk. :D

The judge made him PRAY??! Whatever happened to separation of church and state, I ask... :p

"...A basic definition of a "Prayer for Judgement" is a plea that can be entered in a courtroom and is neither an admission of guilt nor a plea of innocence. If the plea is accepted by the judge the charge against the accused is dismissed though the judge usually has conditions for the violation to not go on the person's record..."

If Kyle can pay the deficit off, I am all in.

Instead of raising the cap, let's raise the speed limit. :D

Thanks, Bobby! I appreciate you clearing that up for me, Mang!!

I probably should have used this: :sarcasm: instead of this: :p when I posted that! Had the judge made him pray, it probably would have made Joe Gibbs quite happy, eh?

I can say I know what kind of punishment is needed.

You see some people will never respect the law, and more action is needed. That's when you bring a Vic Mackey into the interrogation room and let him tell the Busch reprobate

"Good cop and bad cop left for the day. I'm a different kind of cop."

And then he commences to kicking butt..... Now, I realize Vic Mackey was a fictional character on the TV drama "The Shield".
But in reality we have someone even more fierce.

Friends it is time to bring Delana Harvick into the interrogation room, pull the blinds and let her teach him some pain. Surely many will cry at the cruelty, but it is for his own good. He will think twice about speeding again, and he will be ready to make nice with everybody.

Well put, Greg!

In Pee Wee's favor... He never said, "Don't you know who I am??!" like his infamous brother did.
