What are your plans for the Labor Day Holiday?

I will not be around after friday afternoon, as I will be kicked back at the river enjoying a "few" cold adult beverages. This is our last big hoorah of the summer, although the weather may permit us to still be boating well into the month of October. It has been so hot here in Texas that the waters may not cool off. My son is really into wakeboarding and is learning to ski barefoot.

I am glad that the race is on "regular" tv, as there are not any cable/satellite hookups where we will be camping. Will most likely be back on Monday afternoon/evening.

Have a great time Maj. Maybe TRL can keep the board under control untill you get back.

I'm heading over to my brother's in Milw on Friday. He was able to obtain a 1/43rd Hooter's Hauler that was signed by Alan Kulwicki for me. I guess it came from a Hooter's in Atlanta that is closing. Probably go out to his buddy's resturant to eat & drink after that.

Probably stay over night and go to the Harley-Davidson parade on Saturday morning & try to tour at least one of the power train plants. Will probably miss the Busch race, but this only happens every 100 years. :)

Sunday will kick back & watch the Southern 500 & Monday try to do some work around the home.

I scheduled Labor day off and will be going to 6flags w/my boyfriend.Hope he remembers to bring the ear plugs! :p

Earplugs? Guess I have never been to six flags.

I plan on going to Santacaligon with my girlfriend. For those of you who may not know what I am talking about, it is a arts and crafts type thing on the square with live music and carnival stuff. Really expensive, but girls always are... <_< :p Anyways, have fun Maj. be carefull, and thee same goes for everyone else this weekend.

Later guys! See ya back here on Monday evening! ;)

Have a safe and wonderful holiday weekend! And, for those who have to work, I am really sorry, hope you enjoy what time you do get off. :(

I woke up my kids early to go see the hot air balloons lift-off, but due to inclement weather the baloons were grounded. The kids were bummed, going to try again tomorrow.

Watching 10,000 Harley-Davidson's cruising down Bluemound Rd. in Milwaukee...Cool!

On my way home I got caught in the middle of a another parade of Harley's. I didn't realize they had the main drag closed in Oconomowoc and were doing a parade from Hartland to Oconomowoc on Hwy 16. I was driving along side with what seemed like another 10,000 Harley's. It was the first time I ever had fun driving on a 65 mph freeway doing 25 mph.
