Anybody like old oil lanterns?
I like to sit outside at night sometimes. I have a chiminea but I wanted a lantern for the patio table. I always try to buy U.S. products. W.T. Kirkman makes lanterns in the U.S.
I ordered an old style brass square tube lantern. The one I bought is a numbered limited production lantern.

My "Business/Hobby" for over 35 years and now a retirement "stay busy and keep people working" business is an Estate Liquidation Company so I run into all kinds of Antique and Vintage oil lamps/lanterns. I'll look out for them and post the pictures when I acquire some so you can drool.

Oh, yeah I love old ones. I can't sit and watch American Pickers for too long, but that's one of the things I love the most when they find them unbroken. Old railway lighting is another one of those things for me. I'm not sure what it is about railway stuff in general, but it's always been really cool to me.
