Got my 1st deer today. It was about a 50 pound doe (thats going to be some good eatin')
I was in the tree stand and my step-dad was on the ground. well 3 deer just poped up. so i picked the gun up and shot the 1st one i got a shot at.
then the orther 2 just stood there. and my step dad got him one. could have got all 3 just did not want to tag out the 1st day.
shot her at about 45 yeards and she ran 35 yeards, she was at a angel when i shot so the bullet went through the ribs and out the sholder. (gut shot
) but the good thing was it was a quick kill.
