From my understanding, with the age change that Nascar instituted that it basically made Roush's Craftsman Truck Series contract with Kyle Busch null and void. If Roush didn't institute some other type of contract with Kyle, then there wasn't any weaseling on Kyle's part.The delay allowed Busch a chance to weasel out of his contract with Roush.
